The learning lab is part of the Renewable Energy Climate Adaptation Project (RECAP), led by the Fraser Basin Council in partnership with Natural Resources Canada and other key collaborators. The goal is to enhance the resilience of BC’s renewable energy systems, with a focus on solar and biomass energy.
