Colwood one of several BC communities profiled on GHG reductions
The Goldstream Gazette recently featured the efforts of Colwood, a community in Greater Victoria, to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions. Colwood is one of several BC communities being profiled by Smart Planning for Communities to show different models for lowering emissions.
